The 2024 Space Juice blend is taking things to a whole new level with some bold experimental twists. We're talking moonshine from Three Rivers Distilling, aged for 6 months with cherry and maple wood sticks—that's how you create something truly out of this world! I even started with the base from last year's blend, making it a continuation of the infinity bottle saga. I can't wait to pop this open and share it with my friends and family—this one's going to be so fun!
This whiskey greets the nose with aromas of cherry cola, oak, and a hint of lemon zest. On the palate, rich oak is complemented by creamy vanilla and smooth caramel, creating a warm, balanced flavor. The finish is long and complex, with lingering notes of sweet cherry syrup, robust oak, leather, and subtle tobacco.
Neat means you're drinking whiskey straight—no water, no ice, just pure whiskey goodness. And trust me, this blend is perfect for that. Sip it neat, and you'll catch some awesome fruity and complex flavors that really shine on their own. This is my preferred way to enjoy this whiskey
Cherry cola, oak, confectioners sugar, vanilla, creme brule, lemon zest
Very oaky up front, vanilla and caramel, dusty leather and custard, lemon zest transitions into the finish
Cherry syrup, oak, leather, tobacco, orange zest
Just a couple drops of room temp water or tossing in an ice cube can totally change up a whiskey's flavor. It's like unlocking a whole new tasting experience!
Leather, light wood, hint of cherries, vanilla
A lot of oaky note, citrus zest, little ethanol burn, wheat grain
Kind of short, oak and vanilla, cereal grains, orange zest
An infinity bottle is a practice of patience. Putting different whiskeys in a bottle to blend forever, to infinity. I started this project as an idea to expiriment and share with my friends, and I hope it inspries you to try something similar with your bottles.
Blending this year's bottle was really fun. I added a couple unique componenets that I think come across in the final blend. Being a little more intnetional with the whiskey I added this year to ensure for a really great drink. I hope you enjoy 2024's blend with some finished maple and cherry wood "moonshine".

After finishing off last year's blend, I decided to get a little adventurous for this year's batch. I mixed 2oz of all kinds of bourbons, whiskies, and ryes from my stash—some with cool finishes—and let it all hang out in a decanter for a year. And voilà, that's how Space Juice 2024 was born!
This is the most frequent question I get when sharing a whiskey. Truth is, everyone experienes things differently so this is going to be very subjective. But I try to explain my process below to help you start on your journey.
To smell whiskey, gently swirl the glass to release the aromas, then bring it to your nose and take short sniffs. This allows you to detect the various scents without overwhelming your senses, helping you identify notes like vanilla, oak, or fruit.
When tasting, take a small sip and let it coat your entire mouth before swallowing. Pay attention to the initial flavors, how they evolve, and the texture of the whiskey, noting elements like sweetness, spiciness, or smokiness.
The finish refers to the flavors that linger after swallowing. Take note of how long these flavors last and how they change over time. Some whiskeys might leave a warm, spicy finish, while others could have a smooth, sweet aftertaste.
